Reina Rivera
CEO. Nurse Director. Licensed Instructor. But before the titles, Reina was a nurse on the floor — working long shifts, watching patients leave the hospital and head home to care that never matched what they received inside those walls.
Born and raised in the Reading, Pennsylvania community, Reina built her nursing career from the ground up. She spent years gaining expertise in patient care, medication management, wound care, and critical care protocols. But it was what she saw outside the hospital that changed everything.
"I kept seeing the same patients readmitted because they didn't have proper support at home. I knew there had to be a better way."
In 2023, Reina took the leap. She founded FrontLine MedConnect with a clear mission: bridge the gap between hospital-quality care and the comfort of home. She assembled a team of licensed, compassionate caregivers who share her vision.
But she didn't stop there. Recognizing that emergency preparedness saves lives, she launched MedBae LLC — an American Red Cross certified training partnership bringing CPR, BLS, and First Aid classes to individuals and organizations throughout Berks County.
